As you start walking, Dr Joe will inspire you to call forth specific elevated emotions to raise your body\u2019s energy and to recondition the body to a new mind \u2014changing your brain and body to look like the future that you\u2019re creating has already happened.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You will finish the meditation by lying down, engaging a breathing technique to oxygenate the brain in order to move into the theta brainwave state where your body is asleep and your mind is awake.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the standing\/walking meditation is to practice embodying the energy of a new future with your eyes open and in motion.
