Inspire, Volume 1, proved such a popular offering with our community, we knew it was time to update this essential practice. Inspire, Volume 2, represents the next evolution of the breath for our advanced students – or anyone who regularly practices the breath we call Pulling the Mind Out of the Body.

We often hold on to self-limiting emotions and store them in the body, which blocks our energy. When we free those emotions with the breath, we liberate energy – and, in a sense, we free ourselves from the past.

With Inspire, Volume 2, you’ll learn how Dr Joe personally does this work. By holding your consciousness in the sixth energy center (the pineal gland) while pulling breath upward from the base of the spine (the source of your creative life force), you’ll draw more energy to the brain.
