Meditation Details
The purpose of the standing/walking meditation is to practice embodying the energy of a new future with your eyes open. By repeatedly practicing your walking meditation you can become a new personality by thinking, acting, and feeling differently, which then creates a new personal reality.
You will start this walking meditation standing still and tuning into your first energy center. Then you will move that creative energy from the first energy center to your fourth and fully open your heart. Next, you will be instructed to activate your sixth energy center by moving that same energy into your brain.
You will then walk as your future self with these three energy centers open and activated.
This meditation includes two tracks – one with a lying-down version and one without.* In the lying-down version, we engage in a breathing technique to oxygenate the brain in order to move into theta brainwave state where your body is asleep, but your mind is awake.
