Meditation Description
The hardest part about change is not making the same choices you made the day before. A habit is a redundant set of automatic, often unconscious thoughts, behaviors and emotions that are acquired through frequent repetition. A habit is when you’ve done something so many times that your body knows how to do it better than your conscious mind. Simply said, a habit is when the body becomes the mind.
This meditation is specifically designed to assist you in learning how to become free from any unwanted habit. You will learn how to become conscious of your unconscious state of mind and then consciously make different choices to lead you into a new life.
