Meditation Description
In this meditation, you will practice the breath Dr Joe teaches to pull the mind out of the body, the purpose of which is to deliver the creative energy at the base of the spine into the brain.
You will then spend some time finding the sweet spot of the generous present moment, followed by dissociating from your body, your environment, and time—thus becoming pure consciousness in the quantum field.
Using different elevated emotions to signal new genes in new ways, you will then practice reconditioning your body to a new mind.
