Meditation Description
Restorative Sleep is a meditation used to program your body to sleep better, to repair, restore, and regenerate itself. It will help you balance your brain and your body, while being guided to consciously drift in the space between wakefulness and sleep. You will wake up in the morning feeling alert and filled with vitality.
This meditation can also be used for insomnia, to help you sleep through the night. During this meditation, Dr Joe will guide you in reprogramming your autonomic nervous system so that all systems of your body become more balanced.
