Meditation Description
How you think, how you act, and how you feel is who you will become. Therefore, in order for young people and adolescents to build a solid foundation upon which to build their personality for the rest of their life, during their early critical years, it’s important for them to start making conscious choices that cause them to think, act, and feel certain ways.
This meditation comes with two versions: one for use during the day, the second, which has a different ending, for use before falling asleep at night.
